Red Dog Rub Recipes
We named this rub after our favorite red dogs: Red, Pete, Phoenix, Rocky, Paws, Blaze, Roamin, Hot Tamale, and others. We like it on steaks, chops, burgers, chicken, pork wild turkey (not the liquor!), pheasant, quail, and chukkar. If you’re looking for something to flavor-up food, this will be your go-to for baking, roasting and grilling. Just rub on some olive oil and Red Dog Rub, and put a match to the charcoal! Oh, and mom makes her home fries with Red Dog, the best home fries on the planet.
