Yukon Gold Potatoes cut into chunks
EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Dog Rub
Heat oven to 400.
Toss potato chunks with olive oil and Red Dog Rub. Coat well and place potatoes on a roasting pan and roast for 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes or so until nice and roasted.
