6 boneless Chicken breast halves – I always make extra for leftovers. If you are making for a crowd, just double the mixture.
1/2 Cup Panko or plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar or Parmesean cheese
1-1/2 Tablespoons Wow-A Chihuahua

Mix Panko or bread crumbs with cheese and Wow-A. If using Panko, smash up the crumbs if they are really large.

Rinse chicken breasts in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Heat EVOO in skillet, enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Dredge chicken in dry mixture and place in heated oil. Pan fry until each side is golden brown. Serve with a salad.
