Bumpa’s Bourbon Rub Recipes
I developed this in honor of my dad, aka Bumpa. He loved his bourbon, whether it was an Old Fashion, Manhattan or neat. We decided to create a blend for meat, poultry, and fish, that replicates this sweet and smokey flavor. Yes, this one has a little brown sugar but once in a while it’s okay to endulge.
