Grilled rib-eye steaks seasoned with our bourbon rub, and marinated with a few splashes of teriyaki sauce and olive oil are served medium-rare.

Bumpa's Bourbon Rib-Eye Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Rib-eye steaks with plenty of marbling
  • 2 tbsp Bumpa's Bourbon Rub
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil - mild

Instructions
 

  • Place steaks in a glass dish and season with the bourbon rub. Add teriyaki sauce and olive oil. Turn several times to coat.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes then grill to your desired doneness. We like medium-rare. When you take the meat off the grill let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
