Ingredients

Seared Yellowfin / Ahi TunaAhi grade or yellow fin tuna steaks about 1′ thick

EVOO

Black Dog Belly Rub

Wasabi and Gluten-free low sodium, soy sauce for dipping. Or serve over fettuccini with a little Alfredo sauce and grilled asparagus.

 

Brush olive oil on the tuna steaks and press the Black Dog Belly rub onto both sides for a good crust.

Grill on high and sear both sides about 1 minute each side. Serve rare.
