I have been making tuna salad with canned Albacore Tuna in water. It is delicious. however, I just had the pleasure of making FRESH tuna salad at a Bay Lobster Market demo in Twinsburg, Ohio. It was amazing. I mean amazing. I was sampling right along with all the customers. People were ooohing and ahhhhing all day long.

1 fillet of fresh Yellowfin Tuna – poached, grilled or broiled
1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayo
2 Teaspoons Feisty Fish Rub
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion

Flake the tuna and mix with Mayo, Feisty Fish and green onion. Chill and serve.
