Savory, Peach, and Prosciutto Goat Cheese Canapes
A perfect summer appetizer
Ingredients
- 6 oz chevre with honey (or plain goat cheese and add 1 teaspoon honey)
- 12 slices 1/4" sliced baguette
- 2 Ripes peaches, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 teaspoon Awesome Antler Rub
- 12 small Sage leaves or 4 large ones chopped
Instructions
- Mix Awesome Antler Rub into the goat cheese and spread it on the baguette slices.
- Top with peach slices and tuck a little sage between the peaches.
- Top each canape with some prosciutto.
