Savory, Peach, and Prosciutto Goat Cheese Canapes

A perfect summer appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz chevre with honey (or plain goat cheese and add 1 teaspoon honey)
  • 12 slices 1/4" sliced baguette
  • 2 Ripes peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1 teaspoon Awesome Antler Rub
  • 12 small Sage leaves or 4 large ones chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix Awesome Antler Rub into the goat cheese and spread it on the baguette slices.
  • Top with peach slices and tuck a little sage between the peaches.
  • Top each canape with some prosciutto.
