Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Unsalted butter - cold and cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp Awesome Antler Rub
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Ice water

Method

  1. Combine flour, salt, Awesome Antler Rub, in a mixer
  2. Blend in cold butter until it resembles a course, mixture
  3. Drizzle in ice water and mix or pulse on and off until the dough is crumbly but holds together. If too dry add a little more water.
  4. Transfer dough and divide into 2 halves. Form each half into a 3/4" thick disk and wrap tightly in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
