Method
- Combine flour, salt, Awesome Antler Rub, in a mixer
- Blend in cold butter until it resembles a course, mixture
- Drizzle in ice water and mix or pulse on and off until the dough is crumbly but holds together. If too dry add a little more water.
- Transfer dough and divide into 2 halves. Form each half into a 3/4" thick disk and wrap tightly in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
