Skillet Pork Chops w/ Peaches – Serves Four

4 bone in pork chops, about 1″ thick
4 tsp. Mom’s Gourmet Red Dog Rub
1 Tbs. olive oil
3 Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar

Rub both sides of chops with red dog rub.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium to medium high heat.  Add chops; cook 4-5 minutes per side or until desired       doneness.  Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Add vinegar to skillet and deglaze pan.
Next add orange juice, water, and brown sugar into skillet.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low.  Add peaches and simmer 5 minutes.  Spoon over pork chops and serve.
