Groovy Pea Salad - Great summer salad!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or red onion
  • 6 oz smoked almonds chopped in large chunks
  • 2/3 cup mayo or Vegannaise
  • 2 teaspoons Far Out Feather Dust
  • Optional: Water chestnuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Thaw peas in strainer
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayo, Far Out Feather Dust together, then add almonds, onion and water chestnuts
  3. Fold pea mixture into mayo mixture. Chill for an hour or longer.
