Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pounds of fresh asparagus
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Rowdy Kitty Rub
Instructions
- Rinse asparagus and trim off woody ends
- Roll in paper towel to dry
- Toss with extra virgin olive oil
- Shake on Rowdy Kitty Rub
- Grill on medium high or roast in the oven on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees until lightly brown and roasted
