Ginger Spiced Shrimp with Soba Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package Soba noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 heaping teaspoon Far Out Feather Dust
- 1 thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 box sliced mushrooms
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1-1/2 cups brocoli flowerets
- Gluten-free soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan and sauté veggies over high heat until limp
- Add shrimp and saute' until translucent
- Season with soy sauce to taste
- Cook soba noodles, drain and add to shrimp mixture
