When summer squashes come in this is a great way to prepare and enjoy them.

2 medium zucchini

Delightfully grilled veggies with an herbal blend that kick-up the food.

2 yellow summer squash

1 tablespoon Gallopin’ Gourmet Shake

1/2 cup EVOO

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Slice squash into 1/4″ planks. Place in a plastic ziplock bag or bowl and add oil, vinegar and seasoning. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes then grill hot and fast until just tender.
