  • Salad:
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Peaches
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Dressing:
  • 1 Tablespoon of Gallopin’ Gourmet Shake
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 canola oil


  1. Pour vinegar into a cruet or bowl, add Gallopin’ Gourmet Shake and canola oil.
  2. Shake or whisk well until blended. This will keep for a week in the refrigerator.
