Bumpa's Grilled Salmon
Simply seasoned and grilled. This salmon comes off the grill with a slightly sweet and skay glaze. Absoultely delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon filet
- 1 tbsp Bumpa's Bourbon Rub
- Extra virgin olive oil - mild
Instructions
- Rinse salmon in cold water and pat dry
- Season the salmon flesh side
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salmon and spread to cover the flesh surface
- Heat the grill and let the salmon sit for about 20 minutes before grilling.
- Place salmon flesh side down over medium-high heat to sear for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to medium and grill for 5 minutes then flip. Grill the salmon for about 6 to 8 minutes or until the salmon is pink. Do not over cook or it will become dry and chewy.
