Bumpa's Grilled Salmon
Simply seasoned and grilled. This salmon comes off the grill with a slightly sweet and skay glaze. Absoultely delicious.
- 1 Salmon filet
- 1 tbsp Bumpa's Bourbon Rub
- Extra virgin olive oil - mild
Rinse salmon in cold water and pat dry
Season the salmon flesh side
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salmon and spread to cover the flesh surface
Heat the grill and let the salmon sit for about 20 minutes before grilling.
Place salmon flesh side down over medium-high heat to sear for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to medium and grill for 5 minutes then flip. Grill the salmon for about 6 to 8 minutes or until the salmon is pink. Do not over cook or it will become dry and chewy.
