This is simple and delish!
INGREDIENTS
1 box brownie mix
1 teaspoon Brown Dog Riba-Riba Rub
1 small carton heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons bourbon
Bar of dark or milk chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat the oven and make the brownies according to the directions on the box. Add Brown Dog Ria-Riba Rub to the mix and bake according to directions. While brownies are baking, pour heavy cream into a bowl, add confectioners sugar, and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form, add bourbon, and whip again until peaks form. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
These are delicious bites of warm chocolate with a hint of bourbon in the whipped cream.
When brownies are done, remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Cut brownies with a small round cookie cutter and place on a rack to completely cool. When ready to serve, place brownies on a platter and add a dollop of whip cream on top. Lastly, shave some milk or dark chocolate on top with a zester or grater.
