
Grilled rib-eye steaks seasoned with our bourbon rub, and marinated with a few splashes of teriyaki sauce and olive oil are served medium-rare.

Method
- Place steaks in a glass dish and season with the bourbon rub. Add teriyaki sauce and olive oil. Turn several times to coat.
- Let sit for 30 minutes then grill to your desired doneness. We like medium-rare. When you take the meat off the grill let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
