Grilled rib-eye steaks seasoned with our bourbon rub, and marinated with a few splashes of teriyaki sauce and olive oil are served medium-rare.
Bumpa's Bourbon Rib-Eye Steaks
- 2 Rib-eye steaks with plenty of marbling
- 2 tbsp Bumpa's Bourbon Rub
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive oil - mild
Place steaks in a glass dish and season with the bourbon rub. Add teriyaki sauce and olive oil. Turn several times to coat.
Let sit for 30 minutes then grill to your desired doneness. We like medium-rare. When you take the meat off the grill let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
