Jammin’ Salmon

Rinse fresh caught (or store bought) salmon in cold water and pat dry. Brush with EVOO and then shake on Jammin’ Salmon generously. Place on grill over medium heat

Salmon Rubsflesh side down. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes depending on size and thickness of salmon. Turn the salmon over and grill skin side down for another 6 to 8 minutes until flesh is moist and lightly pink.
