This is the bomb. As my mom would say, “EzPz”. A perfect side for just about any entree’, but my favorite is Molasses Grilled Game Hens (see Far Out Feather Dust recipes).
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans corn – or frozen and thawed
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
2 to 3 teaspoons Wow-A Chihuahua
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix melted butter, sour cream, eggs together. Add corn and Jiffy mix. Put in a greased, 8″ round or square casserole and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
