This was absolutely delicious!

1 butternut squash peeled and cut into bite-size chunks (or save time and buy it already cut-up)

1 head Cauliflower (I love the purple because it looks so good with the squash) cut into small flowerets


1 to 2 tablespoons Mom’s Golden MoJo


Toss squash and cauliflower with EVOO, add MoJo and toss.

Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes stirring occasionally until roasted.
