Grilled Pork Tenderloin

1 pork tenderloin – brush with almond oil or canola oil

Awesome Antler Rub – rub the tenderloin with the seasoning

Grill to medium – about 8 minutes each side

Serve with Tart Cherry Compote

Tart Cherry Compote

1 jar Smucker’s Tart cherry Jam

2 teaspoons Yellow Dog Sweet Shake

1 big splash of brandy

Warm Jam, Sweet Shake and brandy in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated and mixed. Spoon over sliced tenderloin.
