Ginger Spiced Shrimp with Soba Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Soba noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound uncooked large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Far Out Feather Dust
  • 1 thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 box sliced mushrooms
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups brocoli flowerets
  • Gluten-free soy sauce to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan and sauté veggies over high heat until limp
  • Add shrimp and saute' until translucent
  • Season with soy sauce to taste
  • Cook soba noodles, drain and add to shrimp mixture
