Ginger Spiced Shrimp with Soba Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package Soba noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound uncooked large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Far Out Feather Dust
  • 1 thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 box sliced mushrooms
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups brocoli flowerets
  • Gluten-free soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and sauté veggies over high heat until limp
  2. Add shrimp and saute' until translucent
  3. Season with soy sauce to taste
  4. Cook soba noodles, drain and add to shrimp mixture
