1 corned beef brisket – add seasonings and cook according to package directions

3/4 cup yellow mustard

1 tablespoon – Far Out Feather Dust

Brown sugar

Simmer corned beef for abut 2 hours until fork tender. Preheat oven to 350. Remove from pot and place on a roasting pan, fat side up. Spread mustard over the fat and shake on Far out Feather Dust evenly over the corned beef. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake until its bubbly. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. slice against the grain and enjoy!!

Serve with Mom’s Calconon.

This is a fabulous new way to serve traditional corned beef. A little spice and sweetness and you’ll be making this every St. Patrick’s Day.
