A fabulous recipe for ground turkey and chicken.
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon Far Out Feather Dust
1 small onion – chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 C Korean BBQ sauce
4 Sweet potatoes roasted and mashed – not so healthy short cut –
buy Bob Evans and heat according to package.
Sauté onion in a tablespoon EVOO until translucent, add garlic and saute’ for another minute. Mix ground turkey, eggs, wheat germ, cooked onion and garlic. Form into balls and then cook in skillet with heated EVOO. Brown all sides. Place in a bowl and coat with BBQ sauce. Serve over mashed sweet potatoes.
