Easy and so very good and good for you. This is a loose recipe you’ll have to do some eyeballing on it.
1 large Butternut Squash – Cut in half, remove seeds and roast in a 400 oven until fork tender
1 Gala apple – Peeled and cored
1 carrots – peeled
1 box cups chicken or vegetable stock
2 teaspoons – Far Out Feather Dust
3/4 cup Half and Half or Rice milk
Heat chicken or vegetable stock in saucepan and add carrots and cook until tender. Add apple and when tender use a potato masher to mush it up. Then stir in squash. You can use an immersion blender when the big clumps are smashed. Add Far Out Feather Dust and continue to cook until smooth and heated through. Turn off heat and stir in half and half or rice milk.
