This is a simple, easy to make and elegant.


2 oz goat cheese – softened

4 oz cream cheese – softened

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

2 tablespoons minced green onion

2 teaspoons Gallopin’ Gourmet Shake

French endive
Mix cheeses, seasoning and herbs, and add a teaspoonful to the end of each leaf. Arrange like a wreath. Garnish with parsley and green onion.
