- Preheat oven to 425
- In a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients. Then add butter, cheddar cheese and ramps. Mix until the mixture looks like a course meal with pea size lumps throughout.
- Gradually add milk and mix until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. It will be sticky and look somewhat dry.
- Ine a cookie sheet with parchment paper and using a medium-sized spoon, scoop the dough and drop onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. I usually go the 14 minutes because I like them a little browned on top.

A great way to use the wild ramps in your woods.
Be sure to thoroughly wash the ramps and remove the outer skin and roots.
