Ingredients
  

  • 2 poached chicken breast
  • 1/4 C finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon FAR OUT FEATHER DUST
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits drained and squeezed dry with paper towel
  • Mayo - to your taste
  • Optional: toasted sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. Chop chicken breast, add onion, mayo, pineapple, Feather Dust.
  2. Mix weel and let sit for 1/2 hour.
  3. ENJOY on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich!
