Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry on paper towel. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick olive oil. Shake on Mom's Golden MoJo over chicken. Scatter grapes and orange wedges over the chicken.
Put chicken in the oven and reduce temperature to 350. Roast for about 40 minutes or until juice run clear in the chicken when pierced. Serve with wild rice and green beans or broccoli. Yummo!
