Stone Fruit Crisp
This is a reduced sugar recipe and full of flavor.

- 1 peach sliced, skin removed
- 1 plum sliced, skin on
- 1 pear cored, sliced
- 1 tbsp Yellow Dog Sweet Shake
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/8 cup granualted sugar
- 1 tsp Yellow dog Sweet Shake
- 8 tbsp soft butter
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Filling
Pre-heat oven to 375 and grease an 8" x 8" glass dish. Mix 6 cups of fruit, and ingredients up to the topping ingredients. Add 1/2 of the topping to the fruit and bake 15 minutes. Then add the other half of the topping and bake for another 15 to 25 minutes until fruit is bubbling and the topping is crisp and slightly browned. Let cool for 20 minutes and serve warm.
