This is a remake of a traditional Irish dish. Tasty, and great all winter long.

This is great recipe to substitute for boiled cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Much more flavor and its colorful on the plate.

4 carrots – sliced in 1/4″ rounds

1/2 red onion – thinly sliced

1 pound cabbage – sliced
1 pound potatoes – cubed
1 bunch green onions – chopped
1 cup milk

Add green onion and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and mash with milk, Black Dog Belly Rub and nutmeg. Serve with Spiced Corned Beef recipe under Far Out Feather Dust.
